Our online store offers unique fashion products from independent designers, crafted with high-quality materials and produced through reliable processes. Our QA (Quality Assurance) team inspects each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

"After purchasing the goods, what is the time limit for returning them, and do I need to bear the return shipping cost?"

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you may apply for a return within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs shall be borne by you.

Return Process

Receipt of goods → Dissatisfaction with goods → Contact customer service → Confirm compliance with return/exchange conditions → Customer service provides return address → You ship the goods back → Contact customer service via email and provide a screenshot of return logistics information → We confirm receipt of the returned goods → Process refund

Circumstances Where Returns Are Not Accepted

  1. The following items are non-returnable: accessories and free gifts.
  2. Items with artificially damaged hangtags or garments, or items that have been worn or washed (as these will affect resale). Note: If you receive defective/damaged goods or the wrong items, you must first contact customer service and email us photos showing the defect/damage.
  3. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and not affect resale. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  4. The original shipping fee and return shipping fee are non-refundable.

Important Notice

For swimwear or if you receive defective/damaged goods or the wrong items: You must first contact customer service and email us photos showing the defect/damage.

  • All exchange requests will be processed as refunds (direct exchanges are not available at this time). If you wish to exchange an item, please return the purchased goods to receive a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.

Important Tips

  • We do not accept returned packages sent via cash-on-delivery (COD). Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and we will refuse to pay for any postage due on returned items.
  • Before shipping the returned goods to us, please double-check to ensure you are returning the correct items. We only take responsibility for products sold on this website.

Order Cancellation

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours of successful payment, you will receive a full refund. To cancel an order, please first contact us via email.
  • We cannot accept order cancellation requests once the order has been shipped.
  • Refund Processing:
    • We will initiate your refund within 1 business day of receiving your returned package (or confirming your order cancellation).
    • For PayPal refunds: It may take 3–7 business days to complete, depending on your payment method (e.g., PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or checking account).
    • For bank card refunds: It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This delay depends solely on your credit card issuer and its intermediaries.
